Product Description:

MasterTile Fix GP is a high quality cemented tile adhesive supplied ready to use, only required onsite addition of water. It can be used for bonding ceramic tiles. Suitable for use in hot and tropical climates.

Uses:

It can be used for ceramic tile adhesive for continuous thin bed up to 5mm thickness. It has high adhesive and strength; it can be used where traditional mortars and tile glues are not working. It is highly recommended for following applications. Ceramic, concrete and earthenware tiles. Low absorption tiles which have lower adhesion to traditional adhesives.

12 months from date of production, properly store in original pack under shade.
Application Details

Concrete substrate must be clean and free from loose particles, oil and grease etc. Remove bumps and ridges. Repair patches, holes and cracks with leveling compound or mortar. For wood and plywood subfloors, apply primer-sealer.
 Add about 5 to 5.5 litre water per 25 kg bag. And mix it properly at least for 3 minutes. Always add powder to water, and mix only the quantity which can be used with in pot life (90 min). Use a “V” notched trowel for a continuous 3 to 4 mm continues layer.
Safety Precautions

Use and wear personal protective like gloves, goggles, boots and clothing. Any accidental splashes to eyes or skin must be thoroughly cleaned with water.
